How does shipping and order processing work?

Delivery times: USA: 3–8 business days, Rest of world: 3–12 business days (delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or busy seasons). A replacement will be sent if no tracking updates appear for 30–60 business days.


Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes before processing (with a $20 fee). Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
