What are the return conditions?

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions via email (ellozz0708@gmail.com

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at ellozz0708@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery times: USA: 3–8 business days, Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or busy seasons. A replacement will be shipped if there are no tracking updates for 30–60 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes before processing, and a $20 transaction fee applies.


Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
